If I could give a 10 star out of 5, I would! Hudson-Poole saved my wedding day! This is probably the best jewelry store I every walked into. My fiancee and I don't have a big budget for our wedding and we needed something that we could afford. Ashley was there with us every step of the way, making sure that we get the rings we want and that we stay on budget. She is a hero! Plus, they offer services for maintenance and repairs, some for free. I definitely love Hudson-Poole

I came in to have an additional appraisal performed for an engagement ring that I purchased for my girlfriend. They looked at the stone recommended revising the language of the existing appraisal rather than having a second appraisal performed. They extended the highest-quality service to me, even though the recommendation resulted in me not making a purchase today. I will use them for all my jewelry needs in Tuscaloosa!
I am absolutely in LOVE with my ring! I ordered it online and the next day received a call from John Poole who is the Vice President of the company. He told me that unfortunately the ring was out of stock but that he had already contacted the designer in New York to have them build a new one which would only take about two weeks. Sure enough, I later received another call from Mr. Poole notifying me that my ring was ready and that he would set up email alerts for the shipping so I could track the package. It arrived in a cute little wrapped box with a big bow and had a business card that was personally signed. Loved the personal touch. Awesome experience -- will definitely recommend to others!
