My journey with Fincher & Ozment started in early October. I am working in Orlando, Florida but I was born and raised in Tuscaloosa so I knew what I was getting when I went to Mr. Ozment for help on picking out the best engagement ring for what I needed. I emailed Tom and told him what my fiancé liked in engagement rings and what kind of price range I had as well as the time frame in which I needed the ring in. He sent me several options and all I had to do was pick. I couldn’t not be happier with the decision I made. Mr. Ozment made this purchase easier than I thought it would be and the quality of work is unmatched! I was given a beautiful ring for a very reasonable price! I was not sure I would get the same customer service out of a wholesale distribution ring dealer which is why I chose to buy local and I know I made the right choice with Fincher and Ozment!
We took our rings to get them resized at Fincher and Osment Jewelers in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. They stated that they could resize my wife's wedding ring using a machine called a compressor. We agreed to this and they broke the ring, but neglected to tell us about it. Instead, they switched out our 14k ring with a 10k and sent us on our way. After we returned, they claimed that we had already cost them $100 and they were doing us a favor.

I first shopped with Fincher & Ozment in 1965! I was Terria Wood Plott's college roommate - How I miss my best friend. Terria introduced me to F&O, and I still do business with them, although I live in Dallas, where fine jewelers are on every corner, but no one offers the family feeling of doing business like F&O. I purchased my nieces pearls from them- it's about family and at Fincher & Ozment, you're not a customer, you're family.
