Allied realty was seriously so easy to deal with! We have had such an awesome experience dealing with them (Ashley in particular) - they have gotten back to me right away, are happy to answer any questions, and are super organized. Would highly recommend!!
They will do whatever they can to keep your deposit - even when it was their own construction crew that made the damages to a unit that we were the first people to live in. Horrible owner and family business. Money Hungry!

Subleased a unit with them, took them 57 days to get my security deposit back, had to call them when I was out of the country to force them to look at their email and reply to me, you would think that they would have a sense of urgency when replying to emails or calling people back but they don't, had cockroaches 3 separate times in my unit, unit was definitely overpriced for Tuscaloosa and for a 3 bedroom
