The store manager, Stephen Nader was excellent! My best friend came for a visit from out of state and she recently purchased a Nuud Lifeproof case for her new IPhone and dropped her phone in some water. Her phone quit working. Stephen was able to do a soft reset on her phone and at the very least get her phone working so that she could make the claims with Lifeproof and her Sprint insurance. The soft reset allowed her to get back home with a phone that mostly worked and not have to buy a new phone.
After a horrible experience at another Sprint location in Foley, AL this location saved the day! The Store Manager here went above and beyond to help my daughter get her replacement phone working! Grateful and we will definitely continue to use this location! Thank you!
Ok first of all you only have two people working there one staff member is a big flirt and all he did was laugh and joke with the lady's that was in front of me for 35 min no lie the other staff member was trying to help a man and had to keep calling a 800 number for easy questions this place is slow super slow waiting for almost a hour no one even looked my way or said be with you in a few min i finally got fed up and walked out
My mom doesn't have access due to Sprint so she wanted me too write this review for her...on behalf of Carol Wiggins. First, my mom has I-1 credit and has been with Sprint for years, not late one time. She wanted to go to a Smart Phone for Wifi and a representative told her due to being such a valued customer he would add data to her package for free. She was working on getting the Smart phone so the phone she has now is not even ideal for wifi as it is a older phone. She gets her bill and they are charging her way extra for wifi not free as promised. She called to complain and one guy put her on hold a hour and 15 minutes and another woman for 45 minutes and they did not stand by their original word. They do not value their customers. I have Verizon (do not work there) I am prepaid with not good credit but do pay my phone on time. I am never left on hold, transferred, they resolve problems and have awesome tower coverage. Maybe Sprint management needs to go to Verizon and take customer service lessons!

They do not sell Sprint prepaid cards here. Yes, it's a Sprint store, but they don't sell them. It's not the employees' fault, but what sense does that make?
