I wish I could take back my one star but in order for this to be posted there has to be at least one.
Excellent store, best in Tuscaloosa by far. Friendly employees and well managed, no complaints.
The manager is the absolute worst, he was no help and very rude and just a waste because he was no help. There was an awesome guy named Nicholas, he tried to help and even asked the manager if he could just ring up what I needed the manger said no, he doesn't want to get into all that and I'd have to wait. All I needed was a SIM card for my son's phone and I waited almost two hours while the manager flamboyantly walked around the store chatting with other employees and playing with phones and tablets. The other employees seemed attentive but the manager ruined it for me. Save yourself the stress and visit another location.
Not very good at the store but called customer service and she was very helpful.
I have to way more than an hour because when I buy my phone last week the guy make I mistake and but me the wrong plan
Poor poor service representatives just standing around playing with their phones
