Great company! I had an old ADT system in my new house. They came in and made it theirs for very little cost. I did have to sign a 3 year contract, but it was a fair monthly price. They even replaced my old key pad with a touch screen monitor. I would suggest using Jackson Security to anyone.. Especially if you are local here in Tuscaloosa. They are there in short notice if something is wrong.

No response from service manager for 4 months. Ultimately, company did not want to honor equipment warranty. And to add insult to injury, they charged me for coming out and inspecting the faulty equipment. Not sure how a company manages to stay in business treating their customers this way. Worst company I've dealt with to date.
