sent my daughter to the Belk in Tuscaloosa to get a dress and shoes. The gentleman in the shoe department was rude to her because she asked for the 20% discount , she was promised for opening a new account. He snapped at her and said she only gets 15% off and he works on commission. Just because she young he thought he should be rude. I guess he doesn't want us buying shoes from Belk!

One of the best stores to shop in at the mall.
Store is very cluttered and disorganized. Sale items not clearly marked. Very difficult to get any assistance, not enough associates on the floor especially for a Friday night when a big sale is going on.
He knows exactly what my daughter and I like and always contacts me if there is a special sale that I may not know about or remember!
