The Cashier up front was not Friendly at all but the Young Ladies working in the Wedding Section were very helpful and extremely nice.
I was a customer with Beauty Mark for several years, but the location on Skyland by Walmart has horrible customer service. The sales persons are rude and verbalize rude comments. I refused to spend my money where the retail services is disrespectful.

Rude customer services service today. Asked a question about a product. They lady stated we are not about to give prices over the phone.
I am a hairstylist and I have been for 5+ years I always recommended my clients here for hair and certain products until some uneducated employee which was a guy told my client she was buying the wrong things and the person that's doing her hair doesn't suppose to use the product but he certainly doesn't know anything about the product and if it was only for Professional use why is it on the floor. I come to beauty mark to get products every week & since I just moved to another location I came in and spent almost $200 on combs, curlers and etc. I will not be coming to beauty mark any more due to ruthless employees always running their mouths and being unprofessional at work! Neither will I send my clients to them either ! It took everything out of me not to turn around while I was at the door and get all my money back !
