I stopped by with a bike I bought from somewhere else because I couldn't close my trunk. They didn't hesitate to help me get my front wheel off so I could make the long ride to Mobile without my trunk flying open. I really appreciated the customer service at no charge! I have had my bike tires fixed here on 3 separate occasions. One inner tube went flat right after I had it fixed and they repaired it at no cost. Repairs were quick and cheaper than the Student Rec Center over at the University. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Jason and Dan are great people and take pride in their business and the maintenance work they provide. You will not have to worry about being sold something that you don't need or out of your price range. They have a bike to meet your needs. I've purchased both of my bikes from Queen City and I have been pleased with both of them. Giant makes a great product and the guys at Queen City Cycles provide great service to their customers.
Fantastic pair that runs this bicycle shop that is a Giant bike dealer. Bought my first road bike with them and they gave me all the information I needed as a first time buyer. First tune up was free and they have been friendly and transparent with me every time I have come to the store. Their bike accessories are a little more pricey than what you can find elsewhere, but knowing it supports them and makes it worth the buy.
