This place is MISERABLE!! The people that work at this location are incompetent and rude. We have been delivering packages here for weeks for delivery and out of the blue they refused to accept our FedEx Ground packages and made us take them to the facility on the other side of town. Their own website says that they accept FedEx ground shipments but they refused ours. Honestly it was probably better this way, so I can ensure that they don't leave our packages off the truck (like they did previously.) AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
I had no idea this location existed in Tuscaloosa. Hidden in West Tuscaloosa. Nice location. Staff very friendly.
Wow lots of negative reviews, but my experience has been very good. I ship musical instruments, several hundred per year, and have never had a problem with the folks In Tuscaloosa. Their depot is much nicer than UPS. Also my delivery men have all been very friendly when I have received items.
Worst customer service I have EVER experienced!! I've been waiting on a package that shipped on 11/9 it never updated in the system until 11/18 said it was on the truck to be delivered today the FedEx driver rode up then left without delivering I called the FEDEX 800# to see why and they told me they don't show he's been here they don't have a way to call him and told me I'd just have to wait for whenever they delivered it!! I'll never use FEDEX again or purchase from anyone that uses them to ship!
I ordered a ton of stuff back in the Summer & everything was perfect... including my ability to track my packages (which were early or right on time!)
