I rented from them for 2 years. They are the nicest, most accommodating people! They remembered me by name and face when I went in to pay my bill. When I needed a bigger storage unit they let me have it for a discounted price they were offering for new customers. I would recommend them to all my friends and will go to them again if I need to.
I was held up at gun point at Hwy 69 South ministorage. The criminals were able to get in the facility through the front gate which was frequently broken and as a result was often left open. After I warned others about what happened, the owners kicked me out. I was a good customer who was always paid up. This is a dangerous area. If you do decide to store your belongings there, you would be well advised not to go there after sundown.
