A little run down and not very nice
This is a GREAT place to live. I have been in this neighborhood for over a year now. And it is quite no one messes with me and my neighbors are awesome! I LOVE it here! I'm only 5 minutes from the city but yet I'm out away from all the noise that city life brings. I can't say enough good things about this place. Oh an the rent is VERY reasonable.
It's ok. Needs grooming.
Steve is just hateful just for the sake of being hateful. His father was a much better man. I will never use the property again.
