The horrible customer service provided by one person outweighed the ride and nice drivers. She wanted to charge me the price for two individual rides when I wanted a roundtrip, then tried to hassle me about it only being a 5 dollar difference. Clearly, principles are important here. I'm glad I ended up going with a different company on my way back to the airport, because THE SHUTTLE I ORDERED DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP. No one called me the day prior (as I was told) to confirm the booking. I would have been stranded in Tuscaloosa trying to get back to Jacksonville, FL. Do better.
