We had been approved to move into one of their properties on a Wednesday, we answered the phone and told them we would be in on Monday to sign the lease. We showed up Monday morning and they told us they had approved someone else because they "hadn't heard from us" after we told them Monday morning we would have the money to them. So extremely unprofessional and rude that they signed the lease right out from under us within just a few days. They are "so busy" on Monday's because they close at 2 on Fridays. The ladies that work there are incredibly passive aggressive and rude anyways, so don't even waste your time with this company.
These are awful landlords they judge people and evict people if your dog barks to much or if you have four friends over they will evict you. My friend got evicted because his son was playing ding dong ditch.
Absolute worst landlords to ever rent from. I would highly suggest finding someone else to rent a property through.
