I will do everything in my my power not to ever use Fed Ex again. They delivered my package to wrong address. Next, They promised a delivery date and didn't deliver. Then at closing time they change the delivery date to after the Holidays and I'd paid extra to get it before Christmas. It was a Christmas gift. Thanks Fed Ex for ruining my Holidays.
I hope to never use fedex again. Two days in a row their shipment tracker says my package is to be delivered. Then the tracking sustems says customer is not at home, meanwhile I haven't seen a truck in two days. Google maps drops a pin on my address accurately every time.
