Very professional with a touch humor. He was organized; excellent with his iPad; showed me what was wrong (the piece of equipment, etc); what it would take to get the A/C working; cost of equipment; cleaned up everything he brought in to work with; plus worked efficiently and confidently. All servicemen should be as excellent--in fact the next time I hope Greg will answer my call.

Marc is a exemplary employee for Banks Quarles. He did an outstanding job. He checked everything on my 3 Heat /AC Units, and performed maintenance too. If all employees were like Marc it would be a great world.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I contacted Banks Quarles this morning about my A/C unit not working ... within a couple of hours, they had a technician (Nick) out at the house who was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. Nick was courteous, friendly, and efficient. He assessed the problem and explained everything to me. He presented me with my repair options, and made sure I was comfortable before he began the repair. His van was stocked with the necessary parts and equipment, which was nice. I am extremely pleased with the office staff, dispatch, and the technician.
Very professional and personable. Explained my problem, causes and all solutions. Listened patiently to me ask my questions and explain what I understood. Made sure I understood the issues and solutions. Could not have asked for a better technician to have come out. Will be sure to let anyone that is having issues know to give Banks Quarles a call and ask for him. Highly reccomend him and his company.
Note: I have a home warranty through American Home Shield that would have covered the needed repair to my A/C unit. I decided not to allow their technician (some company out of Birmingham with not-so-good reviews that couldn't check out the problem until tomorrow) to fix the problem because I knew the service I was receiving from the people at Banks Quarles could not be matched.
I had severe electrical shorts in my living room and basement den. Banks Quarles scheduled a serviceman and kept me posted about his arrival time. This was a good point because it kept me from being a hostage to a serviceman's arrival issues. The serviceman, Nick Watkins arrived and quickly discovered and solved the problem with the electrical short in my Living room...He then examined the more complicated issues in my Den and solved them as well. Nick W is a top notch skillful pro with a great personality. I recommend him and the company he works for!!!! Thanks Banks Quarles and Nick Watkins for a job well done!
