Staff works with multiple patients at one time.. i.e. you constantly are having to wait around. Therapy appointments were slow, I'd be there for two+ hours, doing exercises that I could do at home for free and much much faster. I've been having chronic neck and back pain in combination with sciatica for 4 months. The staff was friendly, but answered questions in a very general way... things I can google. I wanted real expert care and champion spots medicine people were nice, but NOT worth the money or time. One plus, they did show me a new stretch! Additionally, the woman who works the front desk is friendly, helpful & efficient.
