Bruce was extremely helpful with getting a rental unit from the facility. He did not have one when I called, but said he would keep a look out and call me if one opened up. Of course I did not expect to hear from him, He surprised me later that day with a call that a small unit that I needed had just became available. Perfect timing because I had sold my house after only 3 days on the market and I agreed to a quick 10 day close, and I procrastinated the first five days, So I was sweating with no other units available in TTown that I could find. Thanks Bruce for excellent customer service, with a great clean facility.
One of the most friendly and helpful storage rental places around! I'm a college student here in Tuscaloosa and so many other rental places charge crazy amounts to hold your stuff and aren't very friendly. Bruce is always very quick to respond to my emails and have never had a problem getting my stuff in and out of their safe storage facilities. 10/10 recommend!
