Our party of three arrived at 7pm and the restaurant was NOT crowded. We were seated by 7:20 but didn't get ANY of our food until 8:20. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, the ribs were undercooked and not sauced, the salmon was broken into pieces and the sweet potato seemed to be in an oversized bag of its own, with the cinnamon and sugar melted and barely recognizable. We were not pleased and requested a replacement for the salmon, which took twice as long as the original order and for the other food, we decided not to even risk reordering. This was probably one of the WORST restaurant experiences I've ever had, and I well never be back!
Depending on what you order the service is friendly and fast but if you have a huge party and everyone order steak it may take a minute. But I've never gone with a huge party where everyone ordered steak Semi Service is always been fast friendly they have great rolls great appetizers and the food is always good plus I send out coupons for very very good specials lunch and dinner each month.
The food here is consistent but my overall dining experience left something to be desired. I can't rate the restaurant dining area but the bartender needed some customer service training. Seemed annoyed to help me. Maybe it was a bad night but I was disappointed.
When we arrived a table had just freed up and the host told us: "we'll just clean up that table and call you". 30 minutes later, they called us. We sat down. Fifteen minutes later the waiter came to our table. We ordered drinks, which came 5 minutes later. About 10 minutes after the drinks came, the waiter showed up to take our order. We ordered. I'm currently writing this review as I wait (it's been about 25 minutes already). The waiter already came to our table about three times to say "your food will be here shortly". Summed up, the total waiting time so far has been over 1 hour. It's not even lunch time. I guess I'll sit here another 30 minutes while we wait for the check. Do not recommend this place to anyone.
The service was great and the food was wonderful. The steak was cooked right, too! What more can you ask for? I had the 20oz porterhouse with chili instead of a salad and the baked sweet potato as my side. It was delicious! We had a coupon for a free dessert so we tried the caramel apple gold rush, and it was excellent as well!
