Don't let the employee submitted reviews fool you. They do not have it together. Extremely slow service, long wait lines, and DO NOT call them. You will not get through, and you will be sent to voicemail to "prevent excessively long wait times"

As DMVs go, this is the best that I've seen. The employees are courteous and actually seem interested in getting people processed quickly.
It makes me feel very lucky not to be in Jefferson County where a trip to the DMV can take hours or even a day. This is another experience altogether. Well done Tuscaloosa county!
