Knowledgeable staff. They didn't have the specific champagne i needed but they told me where to find. Even offered a replacement, unfortunately I had to have the one requested.
Go for the wine tasting. You get a good sampling of 6 wines for only 10 dollars. They give you reasonable portions. Then you can get a 5 dollar discount on one of the bottles if you choose to buy. The setting is nice, right downtown, within walking distance of fine dining.
