I had a pair of pants that I wanted to get hemmed and I was promised it would be done in a timely fashion but instead it took two weeks and a half and I had to call them to see if my pants were done n found out that their policy is that they don't call you and let you know that your product is ready to pick up. Which is crazy....How hard is it to call your customer and say "your pants are ready come get them"?
Have used Jerry's for about a year and a half now and have not had a single problem. Fast, excellent service, and great hardworking people. Look no further, take your stuff here!!
Incompetent and very inconsistent. While the location is convenient, I've had several shirts stained or completely ruined at Jerry's Cleaners. Sometimes the work is good; however, I should not have to check every garment upon pickup to make sure the buttons are still in tact and there are no stains or burn marks. They generally do well with pants but have prodigious difficulty with pleats, especially in formal shirts.
