This is by far the worst appliance store I have ever dealt with. I bought a refrigerator from them in November of 2016 and paid more than it was worth because they said that they would repair it if it broke for only the cost of the part. In January (less than 2 months later) the refrigerator broke and they came out and "fixed" it and charged me for the part and then the cost of the part again in labor. In February (less than a month later) the refrigerator broke again and they were "too busy" to come look at it in time to make a difference. I made an appointment for them to come fix it and was told that they would be here after 5pm but they showed up early (before I could get off work) and left a note on the door. Finally they stated that they didn't know when they would be able to get back around to look at it. Please if you are considering buying from this place do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to avoid being sold defective appliances and then having them refuse to fix it.
The people there were really awesome. I went in and bought a washer and they were delivering and installing it literally 20 minutes later! They even hauled away my old washer and didn't leave one scratch on the walls. Would highly recommend.
Purchased stove with the understanding that the old stove would be removed when other one was delivered. Guys were over an hour late so I left the unit unlocked. New stove was dropped off and old stove was left in the kitchen. Called to have old stove removed and they said no. Not trustworthy. Do not do business with these guys.
