I really wish I can give this place a 0 star rating. My nails were rushed through. One of my nails broke in half after 4 days. I wasn't doing anything that would cause it to break and it didn't even hurt it was weak. So I went back and got it repaired I didn't complain I was quiet and respectful and once again it was rushed through and it looked different from other nails.. a week later the same one broke in the same spot the same way.
Poor service and poor quality of the gel. Generally gel colors could last more than 20 day. My gel colors lasted only 1 day!!! I cannot believe this! I do not recommend this nails salon.
This was the most awful pedicure that I've ever had! They charge extra for what most places include in their basic pedi. We only stopped here bc we were at the mall and you would think with as many folks that were there, they would be better than this. When he sat down he said something and I wasn't paying attention and thought he was speaking to me. I asked him to repeat and he rudely said that he was talking to the other technician beside me and not me. My cuticles are still showing, my Polish has streaks in it and not to mention how much the one toe that did get attention, it's hurting. My friend and I signed in together, and we're seated together. I sat there in the chair for over an hour until my butt was hurting! When I told him I wasn't happy and that I didn't think I would ever be back, he shrugged his shoulders and said Oh well. I've never been to any nail salon where I've been treated this way. The guy that used to do mine left the country to go back home and I've been looking for someone, guess this loyal customer won't be back here for sure. $30 wasted! I could do better than this at home! And btw, it's not in Midtown. It's in the university mall.
I should have listen to the reviews! They are HORRIBLE! The tech cut my nails way too short. I use my real nails and always get gel. When she would make a mistake, instead of using the brush and remover to wipe the edges, she would just file my nail done some more. When she was done with my nails she put oil on them and didn't rub it into my hands... yet she picked my feet up, placed them on her lap and began doing my toes ... no bath no scrub no nothing! when she was done you could still see the last color that was on my toenail ... she made me walk barefoot to the foot dyer where I noticed she made a big mistake and did not try to correct it. She told me my total, took my card and stared me down as I gave her a tip and signed my name. I will NEVER AGAIN GO BACK AND I WISH I NEVER GAVE HER A TIP. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
The worst nail salon in Tuscaloosa. Went there to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady who has worked there for 5 years messed up my eyebrows. One was too thin and the other one was thick. She left me with no eyebrows. Not worth the money. I have paid less money for waxing and gotten better results. I do not recommend this nail place for getting your eyebrows waxed. I'm glad I didn't get my nails done there either probably a terrible job too.
