My experience with this Tuscaloosa store was fantastic! I called 3-4 times the day before I drove over from Birmingham, checking to see if they had the colors I needed in the outdoor furniture. I spoke with the manager, Jeremy, every time I called. Every time he was patient, friendly and helpful. When I drove over the next day, he was just as great in person! I was purchasing a lot of different items, and some of them were hard to get to. He was very pleasant in helping me. When we finally had all of the items I needed, he decided to ring up my sale himself to make sure I was getting all of my Explorer rewards and coupons. I also like the way this store was layed out. It was easier to find things and move around, compared to some of the Birmingham stores that are more crowded. I love World Market anyway, but this store, and this manager were above and beyond! Would highly recommend!

Customer service is awful. Shacoria was the worst cashier I've ever had.
Wine selection is incredible and affordable. Great selection of spices and ethnic condiments, as well.
I can always find what I am looking for.
