I made a notary appointment online two weeks in advance, and subsequently received an "Appointment Confirmation" e-mail and an "Appointment Reminder" e-mail for this appointment. However, when I arrived, I was told that no notary was working that day and that appointments made online are NOT coordinated with the store. Absolutely nothing led me at any time to believe that the appointment I made wasn't actually made. Shame on this store for apparently knowing that this non-coordination existed but doing nothing to fix the problem. I wrote to this store, but after more than two weeks have received no reply. It's obvious to me that customer service/satisfaction is not a high priority for the 1105 Southview Lane UPS Store in Tuscaloosa.
I would expect the times to be correct but I guess not.
Called and was told they closed at 5 on Saturday , same as listed on Google. They close at 3pm wasted 20 minutes of my time driving here.
This UPS store is being used to send out thousands of Spam mail. At the bottom of every message says to write a letter to them to get off the list. Why would I write a snail mail letter to get off a spam list?
We went to this place expecting to barely make it since it closes at 5 according to the website and Google. When we got there, we found out it closed at 3 on Saturdays.
I had a great experience here. They were friendly and professional. Helped me pick out and print photos for a party at work celebrating our founder. I promised one of the guys cake and I forgot so one of these days I need to pop over there with some cake. XD
