Dr. Simpson and all of his staff are friendly and easy to work with. They are patient with kids and very good about explaining procedures/processes, future problems that may arise, and check up results to parents. Before any dental work is done, they're upfront about what it involves and how much it costs; they even break the cost down for you in affordable amounts before any work is scheduled. Their office is clean and cheerful and my kids actually look forward to visiting for their check ups.
I have used used this office for a few years and have not had any issues. Dr. Simpson is an awesome dentist. I have been calling this office for the past 2-3 weeks to schedule a dental procedure. I have been placed on hold and given the same message (I will recieve a call back). I have not recieved a return call yet. I just called the office and was just told that I needed to come into the office and get the needed paper work. No problem- could not this information been given to me 2-3 weeks ago. As I begin to ask the person who answered the phone, she places me on hold with NO forewarning. This could have been taken care of then.
I love Dr. Simpson and his facility staff. They really care about their patients and provide exceptional services. After coming from a horrible dental experience with my child from another dentist, we were so blessed to find Dr. Simpson.
I was a patient of Dr. Simpson's when I was a child and adored him. Now, my three children have him as their dentist. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone! He is great with children and is wonderful at his job! The caring and friendly staff make the appointments a breeze. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else!
Took 3 children between the ages of 18 months and 5 years in for a checkup. Wait time was excellent, as always. The staff are friendly. Dr Simpson is thorough but quick and stays calm even with my little ones who don't like doctors. Highly recommended.
