I usually have never had any issues with this location as far as staff is concerned but tonight changed that for me. I was approaching the store 20 minutes to closing to run in for a brief moment and I was greeted by an associate who didn't speak but immediately said"we close in 15 minutes you can still come in but you have 15 minutes". She was rude and then she walked away. I think she was a little "manager". She was totally unprofessional and the staff followed behind her as no-one greeted us as we came in. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

I went into the store to exchange a pair of pants(new with tags) for the same exact pair of pant but for another size, but because I didn't have a receipt, I had to get a store credit issued by mail. This is so inconvenient to have to go back in the store.

I would of given 5 stars but I haven't had any luck at this location the past few times I've been. The store is clean and the employees are helpful. They have great sales but are often picked over.
